Property Regulator calls time on flawed HIPs

The regulatory body for Home Information Pack and search providers, the Property Codes Compliance Board (PCCB), today reacted swiftly in response to an investigation into HIPs by Birmingham Trading Standards, which saw five out of six being classed as “unsatisfactory”.

Growing Support for Industry Search and HIP Codes

Second Version of HIP Code now live

The HIP Code sponsor, AHIPP (The Association of Home Information Pack Providers) has announced minor changes to the Code such as expanding the need to provide HIPs promptly to make it explicit that the provision of HIPs should not be delayed in any way by the provider following instruction.
