The Property Ombudsman scheme (TPOs) (Annex E)

The Property Ombudsman scheme (TPOs) provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved complaints made by or on behalf of consumers against PCCB registered Invasives Code subscribers. The Property Ombudsman is a member of the British and Irish Ombudsman Association and follows the standards and rules of the Association. When a dispute goes through TPOs, the Ombudsman makes a decision on it. If the complainant accepts that decision, it is binding on the Registered Firm. The complainant can however reject the decision and take their dispute to court.
