The Independent Property Codes Adjudication Scheme (IPCAS) is run independently by IDRS Ltd , a part of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. When your dispute goes through IPCAS, a person called an adjudicator makes a decision on it. If you accept that decision, it is binding on the company you are in dispute with. You can reject the decision and take your dispute to court.
