8. Sanctions
8.1 The sanctions which may be imposed by the Board shall be one or more of the following:
8.1.1 the issue of directions regarding future conduct;
8.1.2 the issue of warning or reprimand;
8.1.3 the suspension of a Registered Firm’s registration;
8.1 4 the cancellation of a Registered Firm’s registration.
