10. Publication of Findings and Sanctions
10.1 Where the Board finds that there has been an act of misconduct, notification of such finding and of any sanction may (once the period for lodging an appeal has expired or, if an appeal is made, such appeal has been determined) be given by PCCB to Registered Firms, and subsequently to such other bodies including the media as the Board may decide.
10.2 The Board has the same powers under Rule 10.1 to give notice of and publicise any cancellation, suspension or lapse of registration under Rule 4.11 or 4.12 or any voluntary cancellation of registration under Rule 12.
