12. Continued Rights

12.1 If a Registered Firm cancels it registration with PCCB, or decides not to renew its registration, PCCB reserves all rights, actions or claims it may have against the Registered Firm that arose by way of any act or omission by the Registered Firm during any period of registration with PCCB.
